If you need a mortgage, let me
explain something. You can't have a one on one
conversation with a corporation.
Corporations and companies don't talk to
people advising them on the best and smartest way to obtain a mortgage loan
. . . . people do.
If you're fortunate, you'll find a
mortgage person that's experienced, well trained, and perhaps
wise.
You see, in the real world,
it really doesn't matter which bank, or which mortgage company
initially provides you a loan. Odds are, it will be
sold to some other mortgage company in a year or two anyway.
All that really matters is that "The
Individual Person" that's helping you through the application and closing
process is highly knowledgable, experienced and has your best interest in
mind.
You can't argue with common sense.
If you would like to have a very experienced person in your corner,
helping you and walking you through the process, I'd like to
